Fixed Term Position

Fixed-term, full time position, due to commence ASAP; expiring 8 December 2023

Salary: £30,201.60 per annum (pro rata) plus benefits 
Agreed overtime, such as late/early calls and get out rate, is paid in addition to the basic salary

 

Sadler's Wells is a world-leading creative organisation dedicated to dance in all its forms. Our mission is to make and share dance that inspires us all. 


We are looking for a Theatre Technician with excellent lighting skills to join our team at Sadler’s Wells. Demonstration of knowledge, skills, and experience to ‘advanced’ level in lighting is essential to this role.


You will be a flexible, practical person with excellent technical skills and experience in professional technical theatre work, with a demonstratable knowledge of industry health and safety. You will also be calm under pressure, a good problem solver and able to work well as part of a team. Self-motivation and a good understanding of a wide range of technical theatre and stage skills are required.


This fixed-term opportunity will encourage you to use and develop your technical experience and help bring dance to life on the Sadler’s Wells stage.


Sadler’s Wells is a receiving theatre with varied seasons, including both artistic and commercial activities. Candidates would be required to have a flexible approach to working patterns, and ideally will have experience of working with either repertory or touring companies.
