Senior Projects Officer
Fixed Term Position

Fixed-term, full-time position (April 2023 to September 2025)

Salary £31,212 per annum, plus benefits

Sadler's Wells is a world-leading creative organisation dedicated to dance in all its forms. Our mission is to make and share dance that inspires us all. 

 

We are looking for a Senior Projects Officer to join Sadler’s Wells to play a key role in the delivery of ambitious Learning & Engagement projects at Sadler’s Wells. This includes a major, new nationwide project for children and young people that will launch in Spring 2023, as well as activities delivered by the Learning & Engagement team at Sadler’s Wells. You will plan and implement activity for large-scale projects, being a key point of contact for partners, participants, and artists. You will ensure that projects are achieving their aims and deliver positive experiences for participants and will be responsible for collecting the necessary data, to help us measure our impact.

 

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of leading on complex, large-scale, inclusive participatory arts projects
  • Good communication skills with the ability to adapt working style to different people/groups from both the community and professional world
  • An organised and flexible approach to work
