We are looking for an Organisational Development Partner to support and to guide the Executive Team with cultural change and growth of our organisation.

Sadler’s Wells is a world-leading dance house – a place where artists come together to create dance and where people of all ages and from all walks of life come to experience dance.  

The role will be closely involved in the preparations for the opening of our new theatre in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which will be opening to the public in 2022.    

You will have experience of successfully managing change and organisational development projects in a growing organisation. You must value good working relations and have the ability to negotiate, influence and persuade others.
