Part time positions
We are looking for two highly motivated individuals to join our Ticket Sales team in providing excellent sales and customer service to Sadler’s Wells patrons, Visiting Companies, Associated Companies and internal clients.
Sadler’s Wells is a
world-leading dance house – a place where artists come together to create dance
and where people of all ages and from all walks of life come to experience dance.
To be considered for the position you must have previous experience of working in a busy sales environment and/or
Ticket Office, preferably using Tessitura.
Please be aware that shifts
will typically, though not exclusively, be within the hours of 9am to 8pm and
therefore you must have suitable availability to accommodate the needs of role.
Excellent communication
and customer service skills are essential.

Ticket Sales Assistant (Part time) Job Pack, November 2019
Salary £11.23 per hour plus benefits, increasing to £12.24 per hour on successful completion
of probationary period, based on working 20 hours over
any
five out of seven days per week.
